Morag Mwenya Neill-Johnson

Morag is a Senior Programme Manager on CPI’s novel Global Development Initiative. She is committed to applying her decade-long career focused on intersectional justice with international non-profits to establish more equitable, systems-focused development practice. Morag’s cross-sectoral background in social innovation ranges from building collaborative learning networks and innovation training curricula with bilateral and multilateral agencies, project management in WASH innovation in East and Southern Africa, and leading a grantmaking portfolio of grassroots solutions across the continent.

A Zambian raised in Botswana, Morag holds her Master's degree in Human Rights Studies from Columbia University and is a member of the Board of Directors for World Connect.
