Biography

Lena joined CPI in 2017 and leads the strategic growth and development of CPI’s Europe team.

She is passionate about transformational change in health and social care and is a continuous learner on everything to do with self-management and developing working practices that promote autonomy and trust. 

Prior to joining CPI, Magdalena worked at a boutique consulting firm advising central and local government, as well as charities and social enterprises. She has also worked for the European Commission and in the financial services industry.
