Loreal Latimer

Loreal is an industrial and organizational psychologist by trade with a robust background as an education practitioner, advocate, and innovator, for the past 10 years. She has spent her career in a variety of education roles focused on supporting students to reach their postsecondary aspirations, designing solutions and building the capacity of employees to deliver programming, and standing up organizational infrastructure so that humans can thrive at work.

Latimer holds a Bachelor's in Communications from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign and a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Maryland. Loreal is viewed by peers as a respected equity-driven & authentic leader who is not afraid to re-imagine what is possible for young people, her community, and other underrepresented leaders and works actively to put intentional external pressure on the system to change in service of advancing equity and liberation.
