Lily joined CPI in 2021 and works across various programs in the Government Innovation portfolio in North America. Currently, she implements the Bloomberg-Harvard City Leadership Initiative Innovation Track to municipalities across the world and cherishes this opportunity to make local government a more genuine, effective and equitable partner for their residents.
Previously, Lily worked in a variety of roles spanning across the non-profit, federal government, private sector, and state government spheres. In particular, she worked at Governor Pritzker’s office curating his digital presence and building local, regional, and national influence. A passionate changemaker, her previous professional experiences ignited her interest in the local role of government to create meaningful change.
Lily graduated from McGill University in Montréal, Canada in three years with a B.A. in International Development and Political Science.
