Kate is a Senior Program Manager with the City Innovation team in North America.
Prior to joining CPI, she spent several years working in the public and non-profit sectors. She led bilingual workforce development programming with All Our Kin, managed fundraising projects for the City of New Haven, and taught second grade. Most recently, she worked with the Carr Center for Human Rights Policy, researching and developing policy recommendations to advance equal rights in the United States.
Kate holds a B.S. in Human Development from Cornell University and a Master in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
