Isbah Barlas

Biography

Isbah was a Senior Associate at CPI's North America office. Prior to joining CPI, she worked as a public health consultant for clients at the National Institutes of Health (NIH), leading projects related to maternal health, global health research partnerships with the Bill-Melinda Gates Foundation, and rehabilitation research initiatives. Isbah has also worked in program design, strategic planning, and the implementation of Early Head Start/Head Start health services for expectant mothers and children ages 0-5. She is passionate about addressing social determinants of health and designing equitable programs and public policies that create improved health outcomes for all communities.

Isbah holds a BS in Public Health from the University of Washington and an MPH in Public Health Policy & Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
